The physical practice builds a connection with the body, the mind, the heart, the soul. Beyond the physical practice is the higher self, where the possibilities are endless.

To fully embody our higher self, we explore our soul journey, so that we feel more empowered in this lifetime. Awakening the multidimensional aspect of our soul through Kundalini Rising creates a Divine union between the physical and non-physical aspects of our being. The Akashic Records is a tool to access past soul experiences, so we remember our Divine presence and soul purpose in this lifetime.
